SIYB Training of Trainers (TOT) at Moi University, Eldoret (January 2025)
In January 2025, Destiny Path Foundation partnered with the International Labour Organization (ILO) and Moi University to deliver a comprehensive SIYB (Start and Improve Your Business) Training of Trainers (TOT) program. The goal was to empower university faculty and development stakeholders with practical entrepreneurship training skills to better support students and local communities. Over an 8-day intensive period, 20 trainers were certified, forming the foundation for sustained business development support in Western Kenya.

SIYB Training of Trainers (TOT) at JKUAT Nairobi (September 2024)
In September 2024, Destiny Path Foundation implemented an ILO-accredited Start and Improve Your Business (SIYB) Training of Trainers program at JKUAT’s Nairobi campus. The training empowered 23 university faculty members, enterprise coaches, and youth mentors with practical entrepreneurship facilitation skills. The objective was to embed sustainable, real-world enterprise support into JKUAT’s broader innovation and academic framework.

3.
Better Regional Migration Management (BRMM) Program – Mombasa (September 2024 – February 2025)
The BRMM program, implemented by Destiny Path Foundation in partnership with the International Labour Organization (ILO), aimed to build business and psychosocial resilience for vulnerable migrants, returnees, and host communities in Mombasa. Over 6 months, the program trained 400 individuals in entrepreneurship, of whom 296 successfully launched small businesses. The project also incorporated trauma-informed support and mentoring to address reintegration challenges.
